Second Exhibition / Sponsor: Indica Sativa Trade Bologna

With the confirmation of the second exhibition venue and sponsor for the 50 Shades of Green project, the exhibition tour starts taking shape. I’m very happy to announce that Indica Sativa Trade, the major cannabis industry trade show in Italy, has just confirmed their support to the project.

After kicking off the exhibition tour in Rome in February 2019, the second showcase of 50 Shades of Green will be in April 2019 in Bologna, at the 7th edition of Indica Sativa Trade. The official expo dates are April 12-13-14, and I will be working on the placing the installation a couple of days before the event, starting on April 10.

Indica Sativa Trade has been the first cannabis industry fair in Italy, and it has been growing over the years at a steady rate. In 2019 Indica Sativa Trade will be expanding within and outside the Unipol Arena, the Bologna hosting venue that is also the largest theatre in Italy also hosting big shows such as a Cirque du Soleil show and the Ozzy Osbourne tour, among those scheduled for the first months of 2019. Rock’n’roll!

I’m also super happy that 50 Shades of Green has been accepted at the Bologna cannabis showcase, as Indica Sativa Trade generally gets a lot of attention from mainstream media. So I guess that the chances of getting a great media coverage for the art installation project are pretty high – the trade show organizers actually told me that they will directly introduce me to the journalists who will be doing the press coverage.
