Just a week after releasing the LoveHate double DJ session I had the opportunity to perform a double DJ set at the Vienna Burning Ball, the first gathering organized by the Austrian community of burners. Of course I went for a LoveHate Live session, playing half an hour of Love-inspired uplifting groovy tunes at 2-2.30AM, and then kicking in and closing the event with one hour of techno beats with the 4.30-5.30AM Hate-inspired slot. The Vienna Burners managed to sold out their first event packing the central venue Garage X with the Vienna crowd, but also gathering burners from everywhere around Europe – the venue was packed with truly beautiful people. I had a stupid accident the night before flying to Vienna but I decided to travel anyway, so I ended up going to the party and DJing on a wheelchair, while the next day I had to go to the hospital in Vienna. Anyway, I’m glad I went to Vienna – wheelchair and hospital on a side, it’s been a great experience. I loved it, and I hated it. Pretty much like this mix. =) Enjoy the Love. Introducing LoveHate, a double set of DJ mix that explore the duality (or the bipolarism) of life.
